All orders with a hinged lid for storage start with the lid on the top step for the maximum amount of storage.
How long does it take for mini steps to be shipped?
Usually it takes between 7-10 business days for MINI STEPS to ship.
Can you Overnight steps to me?
It is expensive to ship our steps because we build them to last. We are unable to ship overnight due to the cost and diversity of where we are shipping.
What is the weight of the steps?
Our 4 steps are between 40-50 pounds. The 3 steps are about 35 lbs, the 2 steps are approx 25 lbs, and the 1 step is about 10 lbs. Our mini steps range from 45 pounds for the six step to 20 lbs for the 3 step.
